1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • The freelancer has not started the service within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon.

  • The freelancer fails to complete the job as per the agreed terms.

  • Payment errors, such as duplicate transactions, due to system malfunctions.

  • The user must have made the payment using a credit or debit card.

  • The user must have logged a dispute on the TaskFlicks.com platform within the required timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer changes their mind after the service has been started or completed.

  • The service was completed as per the agreed terms.

  • The freelancer has invested significant time or materials in the job.

  • Disputes arise due to miscommunication that could have been resolved through discussion.

  • The user has not followed the correct dispute resolution process outlined on TaskFlicks.com.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must:

  1. Submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction.

  2. Provide evidence, including messages, agreements, or proof of service failure.

  3. Ensure the dispute has been logged on the platform before requesting a refund.

  4. Allow TaskFlicks.com 5-10 business days to review and process the request.

4. Resolution & Disputes

  • TaskFlicks.com will assess each request fairly and may mediate between the freelancer and customer.

  • If a resolution is not reached, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-15 business days.

5. Service Fees & Deductions

  • The 10% withdrawal fee for freelancers is non-refundable.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once deducted.

  • Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

  • Refund requests suspected of fraud or abuse will be rejected.

  • Users found abusing the refund policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

  • TaskFlicks.com reserves the right to deny refunds if abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Legal Protection & Liability

  • TaskFlicks.com is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising between users.

  • By using TaskFlicks.com, users waive the right to pursue legal or social claims against the platform regarding refunds.

  • TaskFlicks.com operates as a facilitator and is not responsible for service quality, delays, or freelancer/customer interactions.
